As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Phone Management**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
- **Appointment Coordination**: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings efficiently.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Mail and Deliveries**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- **Visitor Assistance**: Assist visitors with directions and any inquiries, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update visitor logs and internal contact lists.
- **Security Procedures**: Follow security protocols to ensure the safety and confidentiality of company information and visitor access.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
