**Stock Assistant**

Based in Walkden, Manchester

Competitive salary, 25 days holiday, 8% employer pension contribution, life cover and private healthcare

Working within a small and busy team you will be responsible for the supply and distribution of materials to the watch repair workshop and external retailers. You will need a good eye for detail, good communication and administrative skills and be willing to work on your feet for the majority of the day.

**Your main duties will involve**:
/ Pick parts orders for internal and external requirements on a daily basis

/ Order parts from our Switzerland Head Offices

/ Answer internal and external telephone calls

/ Keep all in house materials stock databases up to date

/ Accurately record stock movements and complete required documentation

/ Invoice and pack orders

/ Check and receipt shipments

/ Return parts to Switzerland for refurbishment

/ Order workshop tools and supplies

/ Carry out materials stock checks and stocktakes as necessary

/ Providing manager and team with regular stock updates and reports

**Profile wanted**:
/ Experience of stock picking to a high level of accuracy

/ Knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems to effectively manage stock and produce reports

/ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

/ Ability to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with strict deadlines

/ Able to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

/ Ability to accurately produce and analyse reports and documentation

/ Demonstrate an attitude of professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability
