Ideal Recruit Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanic/Garage Assistant to join our esteemed client's team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and trailers to meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and trailers to meet VOSA standards.
- Diagnose and resolve various types of faults in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist disabled vehicles at roadside or customer premises, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to procure parts and maintain stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training opportunities, staying ahead of industry developments.
