My client a leader in their industry is seeking an Administrator to join the EPoS Team.
**About the role**:
The Electronic Point of Sales Team supports the Retail Units with any problems that arise because of the Tills, QR Codes and the App and provides financial and other information to Head Office. This department work on a shift pattern between 7am - 6pm you will be doing an early start 7am - 3pm one in 4 weeks. There will be occasional weekend cover but notice given in advance
**Duties may include**:
Providing a first point of contact for Retail Units
Resolving issues from Retail Units and Head Office
Updating and maintaining data in the EPoS database
Co-ordinating requests for new and replacement hardware
Configuring promotional launches on EPoS systems (tills; app; QR code)
Supporting IT and business projects
**Skills and experience**:
Written and verbal communications skills
Attention to detail
Good organisational and administrative ability
PC literate
This company is a 10-minute walk from Watford Junction Train Station
