- Ability to raise problems as and when they arise
- Available to work full-time in August
**Main responsibilities**
- To effectively coordinate with primary and secondary schools, you will be responsible for ordering supplies, and stock.
- Stay informed on the POS system.
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
- Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff, and providing feedback to improve internal performance
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
- Engage and communicate with primary school and high schools
- Ordering stock
- Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Ensure to be up-to-date knowing school uniform policies
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintaining a fully stocked shop and stockrooms
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
