**Regional Participation Coordinator**

2024 is a very exciting year for the Eastern region with the launch of our new Regional Fostering Hub, led by Norfolk County Council. Our aim is to create a regional centre point to enable a more streamlined approach to fostering recruitment, working together to increase the number and diversity of foster carers to meet the needs of all children. We have ambitious plans to increase the number of Foster Carers to transform the lives and outcomes of children in care across the region.

**The role**:
The Regional Participation Coordinator will ensure care experienced children, young people and Foster Carers co-ordinate and plan the participation work of the Regional Fostering Hub and remain at its heart.

You will be a key part of performance, planning and quality assurance, collecting and analysing insight gained through participation activities and partnership work. This will inform the development and work of The Regional Fostering Hub, supporting the recruitment and retention of foster carers across the region.
