Exciting Opportunity at Earlham Institute: Event Coordination Specialist

Are you enthusiastic about orchestrating and managing events of diverse scales? Do you possess expertise in overseeing training initiatives and ensuring seamless execution?

We are in search of a committed Event Coordination Specialist to enhance our operations at Earlham Institute. In this role, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including the planning and execution of events, financial forecasting, and post-event assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the portfolio of training programs and additional events.
  • Facilitate discussions with instructional staff to provide guidance on program design.
  • Coordinate logistical and administrative elements of events, including registration management and event webpage oversight.
  • Gather data, monitor events, and collect feedback for future enhancements.
  • Host in-person events and manage virtual participants when necessary.
  • Develop and track event budgets.
  • Provide technical support for training sessions.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and support during events for facilitators and participants.

Additional Information:

This role is part-time maternity cover with the possibility of transitioning to full-time. The compensation for this position ranges from £27,750 to £30,500 annually, based on experience.
