Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Service Service. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to our management team and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for senior management.
  • Oversee the central communication channels for the organization.
  • Plan and organize corporate events and activities.
  • Manage incoming calls and ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain and update our customer relationship management system.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a proactive individual with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of office software and demonstrate a results-oriented mindset.
