Position Overview
The Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a personable and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to assist the Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) alongside the Perinatal Community Mental Health Team. This dual role is ideal for an individual who is sociable and self-assured, possessing the organizational abilities necessary to manage their own tasks while catering to the service's requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass welcoming service users and their families, addressing inquiries via phone and email, processing referrals, maintaining patient documentation, drafting correspondence, producing reports, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and providing support to senior management. Each day will present unique challenges and a variety of tasks.
This position will involve both Clinical Administration and Management Support Administration functions.
You will become part of a multi-disciplinary team composed of proficient professionals, supported by a dedicated group of administrators, all within a positive and collaborative work environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and enhancing the service user experience.
Proficiency in customer service and comprehensive administrative experience are crucial for this role. The successful candidate will also be required to attend meetings, accurately record minutes, and follow up on necessary actions.
Joining a friendly and dedicated team, you should possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with the Lorenzo system is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Skills in diary management and minute-taking are also essential.
