About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to provide administrative support on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract for our A140 Long Stratton Bypass scheme.

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations by providing administrative support, managing office activities, coordinating communication, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, supporting project teams, and interacting with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including managing office activities, coordinating communication, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support project teams in achieving project objectives, including coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project documentation and administrative files.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new technology and systems.
  • GCSEs or equivalent, and a UK Driver's License.
