About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at rthirteen recruitment. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide top-tier administrative support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams and departments, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with office housekeeping tasks, including stock management and supply ordering.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and workflow.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Previous office administration experience, preferably in a recruitment or property sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision.
