The post holder will be responsible for a variety of admin and clerical processes within the Clinical Sciences Administration Team in DPOW providing reception and booking office support.

Working hours will be on a shift pattern covering 8.30am-5pm, 7am-3pm and 2.30pm-10.30pm. All admin support the 7-day working directive as and when required.

To provide reception and booking office support throughout the depts within Clinical Sciences.

Knowledge of Trust waiting times, diary management and excellent customer service skills.

To work flexibly in supporting the Trust's directive of 7 day working, participating in rota/shift patterns
