**TEMP Sales Returns Administrator**
Feridax (1957) Ltd is the largest wholesale importer and exporter of motorcycle and cycle clothing and accessories brands in the UK.
We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Returns Administrator to join the Internal Sales department on a temporary basis. The initial contract completion date is the 21st December, inclusive, however there is potential for the role to continue after the Christmas break, in line with monitored business needs. This may be discussed closer to the expected end date.
On a day-to-day basis you will be processing returns paperwork, reporting to and working closely with the Internal Sales Team Leader.
This is an excellent position for someone that picks up processes quickly, has a keen eye for detail, and gets satisfaction from achieving.All relevant support and training will be provided by the Internal Sales Team Leader.
- Lodging new returns onto the log
- Sorting processed returns paperwork into relevant groups for batch processing
- Matching invoices to returns
- Processing batches of returns through our systems
- Completing appropriate records indicating the status of returns
- Responding to returns enquiries
- Liaising with warehouse returns department
**Knowledge, skills, and experience required**:
- Good computer skills are essential
- 2+ years experience in a Business Administration related role
- Excellent communication
- Team player
- Calm when under pressure
- Ability to stay focussed in an environment that may be noisy at times
- High attention to detail
