Sales Administrator

**Job description**
We are recruiting Sales office administrator on behalf of our client based in Halesowen.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for our outside sales managers.
**Sales office administrator responsibilities to include**
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
**Sales office administrator requirements**
- Conscientious and good time-keeper
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under own initiative
**Sales office administrator hrs of work**:
Mon-thur 9am-5pm
Friday 9am-4.30pm
**Salary**:
£11 per hr
