HERMEQ is a group of companies that operations span manufacturing, distribution and installation of non-mechanical plant across the UK and Europe. Over the last 7 years since our foundation, the group has grown to over 200+ employees across 6 sites, leading us to be recognised in the Sunday Times as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK 3 years running.
We are looking for a qualified business support administrator, who will service as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.
You will be a support to our outbound sales team whilst they are on the road and be that go to person for some of our biggest customers.
We are looking for somebody who is operationally minded, and work closely with our transport team.
Your tasks will include;
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Provide quotations for customers
- check stock availability and process
- Find our delivery dates
- produce invoices and assist finance with account queries
- Support internal and outbound sales team
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
