We are looking to recruit a **Fleet Administrator** to join our team in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

**About the Role**

Working closely with the fleet Manager, you’ll ensure the administration of the fleet is managed accurately on a timely basis, along with the following duties:

- Answering phone calls from operatives, operational staff, and management team
- Continual update of Central Fleet List including weekly & monthly reconciliations
- Updating Auto Pay Systems for Congestion Charging, Tolls, and Clean Air Zones
- Update Parking accounts and reconcile monthly
- Creating Purchase Orders for vehicle related repair costs, updating log and reconciling with any outstanding invoice queries from Suppliers
- Ordering & cancellation of fuel cards including monthly reconciliation
- Performing all aspects of administration including admin support to the wider Procurement Team (Procurement, Material, and Subcontract)

**About You**

We’d like you to have worked in a fast-paced managed environment, ideally within fleet and have strong administrative skills.You’ll be familiar with the Microsoft packages, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook and will have the ability to communicate at all levels.
