The client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Supply Chain & Procurement Administrator to join their innovative team at the Head Office. **What You'll Do**:

- **Be the Hub of Operations**: Field incoming calls, direct inquiries, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- **Master of Procurement**: Obtain pricing from suppliers, process purchase orders, and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
- **Champion of Efficiency**: Streamline administrative processes, cross-reference data, and maintain accurate records to facilitate smooth operations.
- **Team Player Extraordinaire**: Collaborate with various teams, provide support, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- **Innovate and Elevate**: Bring fresh ideas to the table, seek out opportunities for improvement, and actively contribute to the team's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Field incoming calls, directing them appropriately and ensuring messages are relayed to relevant colleagues.
- Obtain pricing from suppliers as needed for various commodities.
- Convert requisitions into purchase orders, place orders with suppliers, and amend them when necessary.
- Cross-reference suppliers' order confirmations to purchase orders to ensure accuracy and streamline the payment process.
- Ensure all purchases undergo the correct approval process and are accompanied by Statements of Work when required.
- Manage supplier and product data in the system, including creating new entries, updating specifications, and adjusting pricing.
- Maintain logs for better buying and supplier issues, ensuring all relevant information is recorded.
- Monitor and manage on-hire reports and the company fleet register, making necessary updates and adjustments.
- Assist in producing monthly department reports by collating relevant statistics.
- Create and update user guides to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
- Provide support with customs documents and processes as needed.
- Organize and attend meetings, circulate agendas, take minutes, and support departments with other administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in the administration of the company fleet of vehicles.

**Skill Set Requirements**
- Proficiency in PC operation and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated with a positive approach to tasks.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strong team player with the capability to work independently.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute creatively to the role.
