MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To support the Customer Service Team by providing various administration services and excellent Customer Service.

**DUTIES - The fundamental tasks of the job are: - **- Support Customer Service Team

  • Prepare quotations/ratebooks within 4 hour time frame
  • Assisting implementation of new clients
  • Responsible for generic in boxes where required
  • Assist CSE with supplying on line driver log in details
  • Liaise with dealerships for lead times/pricing, obtaining information in writing
  • Assist with CSE to process orders
  • Assist CSE with Managing Ebbon Dacs Leaslink/Key2 on an regular basis throughout each day
  • Arranging delivery of new vehicles/collection of replacement/incumbent suppliers vehicles
  • Liaise with third party suppliers for conversions for specific clients where required
  • Manage pool vehicles for certain clients
  • Manage fleet updating and cleansing of Key2 data on a daily/weekly basis
  • Assist with Daily Rental requests/car movements where requested
  • Prepare reports where required
  • Liaise with other lease companies / funders to arrange collection, extension and queries as deemed appropriate (ie Scorpion).
  • Any further administrating jobs which may be required to support the Customer Service & Sales Team as required
  • Adherence to H&S and HR policies and procedures
  • Any other tasks as may be allocated from time to time

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Customer Service and / or Office Administrator experience is preferred
  • Automotive experience is preferred but not essential
  • Good administration and organisational skills required
  • A presentable person with confident and professional telephone manner
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience required
  • Work well individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Full/clean driving licence (preferred not essential)

Salary:
£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
