Office Receptionist /Personal Assistant
We are a renowned Meat Wholesalers and Franchise retailers within London looking to recruit an Office receptionist for our expanding business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing brand name and gain the experience of learning the trade in a professional field. We have over 65 years of experience in the meat trade and pride ourselves on our quality of product and customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Answering telephone calls and customer queries
- Filing important documentation in an organized manner
- Accurate data entry into the invoicing system
- Ensuring customer complaints or queries are followed-up on
- Assisting to other senior members of the team
- Dealing with online orders and follow-ups
- Carrying out internal stock-takes
- Making tea and coffee for external guests
The following attributes are required for this role;
- Being able to rapidly resolve issues
- Being able to work under pressure
- Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- To be a team player
- To be highly organized
- To be able to work on your own initiative to get tasks completed
- To have a flexible approach towards the duties required
- IT skills (to be able to efficiently use Microsoft)
- Literacy skills
- A minimum of 2 years of working in an administration department.
Proof of entitlement to work in the UK is required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,920.00-£25,000.00 per year
