**Emergency Response**: Be on-call 24/7 to respond to property-related emergencies promptly, providing immediate solutions to issues such as plumbing, heating, drainage, electrics, locksmithing, and pest control.

**Property Diagnosis**: Quickly and accurately diagnose the root causes of property issues and develop effective solutions.

**Repair and Maintenance**: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to resolve emergency property problems efficiently and effectively.

**Client Communication**: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, explaining the issue, recommended solutions, and associated costs.

**Adherence to Safety Standards**: Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

**Documentation**: Complete detailed reports on service calls, including the work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for further maintenance or repairs.

**Emergency Availability**: Be available for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to property emergencies as they arise.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Input**: Execute various customer-driven tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining well-organized documents.

**Phone Etiquette**: Professionally and courteously answer and direct phone calls to provide an exceptional first point of contact.

**Appointment and Meeting Assistance**: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring a smooth and organized calendar.

**Correspondence Handling**: Prepare, distribute, and manage correspondence, memos, and reports, ensuring effective communication within the company.

**Travel Coordination**: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, such as engineers, to various locations to support their business needs.

**General Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, contributing to the overall efficiency of our property maintenance operations.

**Requirements**:
**Proven Administrative Experience**: Demonstrate a history of success as an office administrator or in a similar role.

**Experience within a Similar Organisation**: Understand how to delegate task requirements and interact with customers and engineers effectively.

**Excellent Communication**: Display excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.

**Organisational Skills**: Showcase exceptional organizational abilities and a talent for multitasking.

**Attention to Detail**: Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

**Software Familiarity**: Be familiar with software tools such as CRM programs.

**Time Management**: Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.

**Office Procedures Knowledge**: Understand general office procedures and equipment, contributing to a smooth workflow.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
