- Appointment Preparation: Ensure that clothing samples and garments are prepared for fittings and client meetings.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management twice a week to maintain stock levels and fabric availability.
- Deliveries: Occasionally deliver orders directly to clients.
- Expense Reporting:Assist in managing and reporting business expenses on a weekly and monthly basis.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Minimum ‘A’ Levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Proficient in GCSE English Language and Maths (Grade C or above).
- Attention to Detail: Must have excellent organisational skills and be thorough with data entry.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with a professional telephone manner.
- Multi-Tasking Ability: Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritising work in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Competence with Google Drive, especially Google Sheets, and the ability to pick up new software easily.
- Proactive Approach: Someone who can take initiative, manage their time effectively, and handle diverse responsibilities.
- Client-Focused: A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
