**Venue Administrator**

The** Piccadilly Theatre**, situated in the heart of London's West End, stands as a testament to the rich history of theatrical arts. Opening its doors in 1928, this iconic venue has hosted a myriad of acclaimed productions and performances, contributing significantly to the cultural tapestry of London's entertainment scene. While it was initially designed as a venue for musical comedies and variety performances, it eventually became one of the first cinemas to feature talking pictures, also known as "talkies."

We are excited to be recruiting a Venue Administrator at our wonderful **Piccaadilly Theatre** in the heart of the West End.

**_ You'll be required to work 30 hours per week - Mondays and Tuesdays, with flexible scheduling options available for the remaining 15 hours spread across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday._**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Processing timesheets and payroll submissions for all departments within the venue.
- Maintaining the venue’s staff personnel files, issuing contracts, and completing new staff inductions.
- Providing administrative support for departments ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Supporting the venue's health and safety initiatives and fulfilling administrative requirements in this area.
- Support relationships between the venue, stakeholders, and the wider ATG group.
- Office management duties and providing general administrative support as needed.
- Supporting and representing the venue at forums and meetings, including minute-taking responsibilities.
