**OFFICE AND FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR**

Exciting opportunity for a highly organised and self-starting office and finance administrator to join an established independent live music venue and night-club. This is a varied office based role in one of London’s most legendary music venues, working with a small and friendly team in a professional environment.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
**Financial Duties**

The management of invoicing

Posting of approved invoices to Quickbooks

Raising invoices

Customer and supplier account reconciliations

Prepare weekly payments

Weekly cash reconciliation

Overseeing coin order and preparation of floats for bar operations

Assisting with quarterly accounts preparation

**Administrative Duties**

Office Management

Ordering supplies

Opening post

Printing invoices

Answering the phones and taking messages where necessary

Ad-hoc duties supporting the Managing Director and Finance Director

Have previous experience and knowledge of Quickbooks

Be highly organised and methodical with record keeping

Work independently as well as part of a team

Be proficient with Microsoft Office

Have exceptional attention to detail

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
