**Role details - Employee Relations Partner**
We are currently working in partnership with a renowned organisation based in London in their recruitment of an experience Employee Relations Partner to join their team.

The role holder will be responsible for managing a high-volume of cases; from investigating grievances to dismissing employees.

**Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Partner**
- To advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations
- Effective high-volume case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management
- Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation
- Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action
- Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate.

**Skills and Experience required of the Employee Relations Partner**:

- Must be an Employee Relations specialist, with experience in managing 60-70 cases at a time
- Excellent and up-to-date employment law knowledge
- Experience working within large organisations
- CIPD Qualification / Professional HR Qualification
