Job Description

Employee Relations Specialist, Financial Services, London (Hybrid)


Miller Byrne are partnering a leading financial services firm to appoint an Employee Relations Specialist.


Reporting to the Head of ER, you will act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and a diverse range of business stakeholders, providing expert advice and contributing to the development of policy.


You will be responsible for delivering forward thinking, commercial specialist advice on cases, conflict management issues and organisational change initiatives and supporting business stakeholders on end-to-end case and project management. The successful candidate should possess excellent knowledge and practical application of internal dispute resolution processes and relevant procedures.


The ability to build, influence and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, within a complex, multicultural and diverse business environment will be critical to success in the role.
