Employee Relations Partner - London (Hybrid) - 6 month Contract - UMB £437.16 per day
ARM are delighted to be hiring for an Employee Relations Partner to join one of our clients based in London on a contract basis.
This role involves the dismissal of people and dealing with different cases; anything that involves ending of a contract, medical terminations, permanent adjustments, bullying and grievances cases, investigating, to provide a good outcome.
Responsibilities
- Support our line mangers by providing timely and values driven specialist advice on high risk/complex individual ER issues.
- Support our line mangers by providing timely and values driven specialist advice on all complex employee matters.
- Identify trends in cases for the Senior Manager.
- Coach line managers to build their capability to manage their people ensuring any individual employee relations issues are closed with appropriate recommended actions.
- Support the Employee Relations Adviser team.
- Trade Union representatives to ensure constructive and professional relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Know how to apply, educate and champion performance management tools and approaches.
- Identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Significant HR experience, including strong background in employee relations and case management.
- Experience of working in a complex, highly unionised environment in a partnership approach with trade unions
- Experience of coaching managers on complex cases
- Experience of diagnosing problems/issues
- Professionally qualified, e.g. higher level degree or equivalent (desirable)
