- Advise and coach managers across a wide range of employee relations issues taking into account the legislative framework and commercial outcome
- Liaise with in-house Legal advisors & Employee Relations Specialist where necessary
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the organisation and partner with the business/wider HR function in order to resolve ER cases
- Demonstration of effective case management of people related issues such as: absence management, performance management, flexible working appeals, probationary processes, redundancies, grievances, disciplinaries and appeals from start to finish includingknowledge and experience of documentation drafting /interview procedures for Employee Relations investigations
- Documentation of investigatory findings and conclusions and responding to allegations in investigatory cases

What you'll need
You will be currently working in an employee relations specialist role within a large complex organisation who has had exposure of both high volume and complex case management. As a specialist in the role, you will be a confident communicator, comfortable inday to day interaction with ExCo level employees.
- Experience in multi-territory employment law
- Proven knowledge and experience in senior employee relations topics
- Ability to influence senior leadership team by providing valued advice and guidance
- Experience of working in a regulated and complex organisation
- Ability to mitigate risk and through legal framework
- Experience of managing restructure, TUPE, offshoring and outsourcing
- Solid organisation skills with the ability to simultaneously manage conflicting and demanding clients, priorities and activities in a high-pressure environment
