Employee Relations Manager

Adecco Housing are proud to be working in partnership with an ambitious and customer centric Housing Association based in London to recruit a proactive and enthusiastic Employee Relations Manager on a permanent basis.
This is a key role to support People Advisors and Assistants in relation to employee relations and provide expert specialist knowledge regarding complex cases including ACAS, ET, and TUPE.
The successful incumbent will take a lead in developing good employee relations practice across the organisation. Provide analysis and report on any trends and implement short term and long term recommendations and learns.
A truly exciting opportunity to be a key member of the People management team and develop trusted relationships across the organisation to work collaboratively to find solutions and have an influential impact on leading and resolving complex employee relationscases.
- A commercially minded individual with extensive HR and employee relations management experience within a complex, highly regulated and customer facing environment.
- Demonstrable experience of providing high quality advice to managers on complex and high-risk cases.
- Previous experience and knowledge of leading on complex HR matters in a unionised environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise high workloads in a fast-paced environment, often with competing deadlines.
- Holds a relevant HR qualification including membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
