Opportunity for a People Partner & Employee Relations Specialist to join a multi-site serviced accommodation provider in Central London.

We are seeking an experienced individual who possesses a genuine passion for driving change, equipping leaders with effective people management skills, and fostering proactive interventions. The successful candidate will be adept at handling a full and varied caseload with a significant focus on absence management.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with operational leaders to effectively manage ER cases, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop leaders’ people management skills through coaching and proactive interventions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for ER cases, focusing on absence management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for both employees and management, facilitating communication and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and drive continuous improvement in ER processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address complex ER issues and achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in ER within a multi-site business, preferably in hospitality or accommodation.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and coach operational leaders in people management.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on driving positive change.
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.

Permanent full-time role with 4-5 days on-site across various Zone 1 locations.

Annual Salary: £55k + bonus potential.
