**THE COMPANY**:
Our client is a dynamic global insurance company who are seeking a Receptionist & Meeting Room Administrator to join their team in London.
**THE ROLE**:
- Manage and forward switchboard enquired and direct incoming calls
- Meet and greet visitors, oversee client coffee lounge and keep stock replenished
- Support with administrative duties and taxi/restaurant bookings
- Maintaining, organising and setting up meeting rooms
**THE PERSON**:
- Experience working on a busy switchboard, managing meeting rooms and providing customer service
- Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and be proactive in their work
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst being approachable
- Highly organised, confident and flexible
