- 9am - 5:30pm, Full Time
- Fully Office Based
Are you a motivated and friendly individual with excellent communication skills? Our client, a prestigious legal firm, is seeking a Receptionist & Administrator to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 6 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of the organisation and provide essential administrative support.

**Duties**:
- Be the welcoming face of our client's organisation, providing a friendly and professional reception experience to all visitors.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Receive and sort mail, as well as prepare outgoing mail.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are well-maintained and prepared for meetings.
- Support the Office Manager and Team Assistants with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling, document production, and file management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area, meeting rooms, and other visitor-accessible spaces.
- Keep inventory of office supplies and ensure meeting rooms are stocked appropriately.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a reception environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- A team player who pays attention to detail and shows commitment to their work.
