A great opportunity for a Receptionist and Office Administrator to join a Membership body based in Central London. This role is office based.

The successful Receptionist and Office Administrator will be responsible for:

- Welcoming incoming visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Answering and directing incoming calls, taking and relaying messages
- Assisting with administrative tasks and data entry
- Coordinating meeting rooms and bookings and ensure they are prepared in advance
- Supporting the office in ad-hoc tasks

**The Successful Applicant**:
The Receptionist and Office Administrator will have:

- Worked as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
