Howe Robinson Partners is one of the largest privately owned shipbrokers in the world operating from modern offices in the City of London.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join the team.

**Job Duties**

First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the office

Managing the meeting room booking system, preparing rooms, AV set up and IT liaison

Managing kitchen facilities and catering for meetings

Photocopying, printing and binding documents

Ordering business cards

Managing the company address book

Assisting the Office Manager and Chairman’s PA with ad hoc duties including travel booking, events, maintaining the company website and presentations.

**Profile**

A school leaver or graduate with a minimum of 3 A levels including English and Maths

Proficient on all Microsoft office products

Confident and proactive approach

Excellent attention to detail

Hours of work: 08.00 - 17.00

**Salary**: £27,000 pa
