Job Role
Our well-established local family run company are seeking an Office Administrator to work with their small office team. This is a 6-month maternity contract, managing the admin functions for the office, answering telephones and updating CRM systems. Duties include.
- Answering incoming calls
- Logging new call outs on system software
- Processing incoming parts
- Processing quotes and adding information to spread sheets
