Part Time Office Administrator

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Permanent Part Time Office Administrator to join one of our clients based in Newark. (20 hrs per week)
You must be able to drive and have access to your own car to be successful for this role This is essential.
You must have previous experience in a administration role
**Responsibilities**:
- Taking any incoming calls
- Various tasks to support the Managing director
- Maintaining the office & stationary
- Sorting the office deliveries such as food shopping and stationery
- Posting parcel at the post office
- Collecting promotional products
- Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings
- Any ad-hoc tasks/ support
- Dealing with any enquires
- Data entry
- Filing, scanning etc.
- General office admin duties
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 AM - 12 noon or 8.30 AM - 12.30 noon (20 hrs per week)
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
