- We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our Secretarial team within Corporate Litigation.- Main responsibilities are as follows:
- Opening and closing files
- Distributing post
- Copying and scanning when required
- Generating electronic bundles for Court and other parties
- Redacting electronic bundles
- General administration
- Produce monthly management reports for clients

- A reasonable level of academic competence usually through GCSE pass grades (C or above) in English, Maths and IT
- Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills and experienced use of MS Word, PDF, Outlook
- A confident and assured manner with the willingness to develop skills as required
- Commitment to keeping all matters confidential
- Good motivation and flexibility to meet deadlines, including the possibility of working early, late or through the lunchtime period, with adequate notice
- Ability to perform duties on a continual basis to a consistently high standard
- Ability to work as part of a team
