**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Type, format, and edit documents as needed.
- Computerize information for easy access and retrieval.
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various office tasks.
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle inquiries effectively.
- Strong typing skills for accurate and timely document processing.
- Knowledge of computerized systems to manage data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a structured work environment.
- Data entry proficiency for inputting information accurately.
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity tasks.
- Experience with QuickBooks for financial record keeping is a plus.
- Ability to perform various clerical duties efficiently.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
