We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Referral Team Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team. This permanent position will be well suited to an individual that is looking to work in healthcare and gaining hands-experience in thriving and supportive environment. Pay is starting at £10.42

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Typing referrals, letters, reports and associated documentation as required
- Liaising with external agencies such as hospitals and community services, ensuring referrals are processed efficiently
- Proving effective support to our clinical duty team
- Managing online consultation requests
- Process referrals using the electronic referral system (ERS)
- Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers request appropriately
- Input data into the patient’s healthcare records as necessary
- Update the Adastra out of hours system as required
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
- A professional telephone manner. High level of computer literacy.
- Previous experience using SystmOne.
- A flexible pro-active approach to work.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise task effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm in difficult situations.
- Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information maintaining confidentiality at all times.
