We have an exciting opportunity for a Referral Co-ordinator, within our Livewell Referral Support Service (LRSS) Referral Hub at Windsor House. Part time hours or a job share would be considered for this position. The successful applicant will be working within a small administrative team supporting the processing of referrals on behalf of a range of services.

We are looking for a flexible individual who meets the essential criteria in the job description.

All Livewell Southwest staff are expected to able and willing to work across a 7 day service.
