**Role Profile - Commissioning Document Controller - Devonport (Plymouth) Part-time telework**
**Main Purpose**
The Commissioning Document Controller will control documentation and associated processes relevant to the Commissioning function, ensuring compliance with relevant systems and processes.
**Key Result Areas**
- Assist with the establishment and manage the upkeep of the Commissioning Quality Management System.
- Ensure all activities adhere to the applicable Quality Management System processes via internal audits.
- Provide support to the Commissioning and O&M teams throughout pre-commissioning and validation processes across all stages.
- Manage and co-ordinate the Commissioning Test Document production process, including stakeholder engagement/buy-in, to schedule; arrange checking and review of commissioning test documentation, monitor progress.
- Manage and Co-ordinate the O&M validation documentation process.
- Carry out the role of secretary for the Commissioning Review Panel and Maintenance Review Meetings, schedule meetings, distribute and control all required documentation and minutes.
- Co-ordinate; track and report on Commissioning and O&M related processes including: FOB; TCA; Maintenance and preservation; and the Software Change processes.
- Review and; Conformity checking; and formatting of Commissioning and O&M deliverables.
- Control of Measuring and Test Equipment
- Control of Commissioning and O&M Spares.
- Track and report on Commissioning and O&M documentation in preparation for readiness and Handover
- Track and report on Commissioning and O&M reservations
- Co-ordinate and collate Commissioning and O&M LTQRs
- Liaise with document control to ensure that all Commissioning and O&M related documentation is controlled and transmitted in accordance with BCNS procedures
- Co-ordinate Timesheet and expense submittals for the Commissioning and O&M team
- Liaise with client and internal auditors and co-ordinate close-out of resulting actions
**Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills**
- Document Control/Audit experience within the Construction/Nuclear Sector
- Experience in a similar role.
- Quality and HS&E experience
- Demonstrable experience of the management of document production and control, and other project processes.
- Experience of managing stakeholder Approval & Authorisation.
