Job Title: Medical Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Secretary to join our team in Exeter. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of £11.00.

The Role:

This role involves providing administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, processing information, and liaising with external agencies. You will be responsible for typing letters, reports, and associated documentation, as well as maintaining accurate referrals databases and processing referrals using the electronic referral system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Typing and preparing documents for the medical team

  • Maintaining accurate patient records and processing referrals
  • Answering phone calls and providing cover for reception staff
