About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our expanding Patient Administration department on a permanent basis.

  • With a strong background in administration, you will be responsible for managing the booking and potential cancellations of client bookings and all associated documentation, communication, and notification.
  • You will be accountable for following the Patient Pathway and ensuring seamless tracking of patient movements between departments.
  • A key aspect of this role is providing advice in all matters relating to patient appointments and scheduling patients for surgery, co-ordinating with clinical teams to ensure optimal utilisation of clinic and theatre lists.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient appointments, consultations, operations, and treatments, adhering to strict booking guidelines.
  • Coordinate and align dates to ensure that patients meet required criteria prior to procedures.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to schedule patients for surgery and outpatient sessions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to phone calls from patients, GP surgeries, and other hospital departments.
