About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, deliver health education, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality nursing care, prioritizing patient needs and comfort.
  2. Educate patients and carers on health matters, referring them to senior staff when necessary.
  3. Accurately document patient observations and care provided, countersigned by a registered practitioner.
  4. Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance your role within the work area.

Requirements:
  • Possess or be working towards RGN qualification and NMC registration.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: £28-£40 per hour
