Adult Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Professional to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care in Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to our clients
- Assisting with medication administration and other daily tasks
- Shopping, accompaniment, and light housework duties
- Encouraging fluid intake and nutrition for optimal health
- Safeguarding vulnerable adults and supporting them with administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Females drivers preferred, but not essential
