Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join our team as a mental health specialist. You will work with adults who require nursing care and support, providing holistic care based on individual needs.

As a band 5 registrant, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing care that may be complex, sensitive, and unpredictable. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use initiative, problem-solve, and work autonomously. They will also have good time management skills and be able to lead and supervise junior staff.

We offer a range of benefits, including protected CPD time, various development pathways, leadership and mentoring programs, and access to funding for training. The estimated salary for this position is £25,783-£31,548 per annum.
