Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with our Care Team to deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each Service User. This will involve:
• Conducting initial assessments and creating care plans in collaboration with the Care Team
• Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Preparing and serving meals and snacks, ensuring that dietary requirements are met
• Maintaining accurate records of Service Users' care plans and progress
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss Service Users' needs and develop care plans
• Engaging in activities that promote physical and mental well-being, such as exercise classes and arts and crafts sessions

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant
• 1 year of experience in Dementia care
• A Care Certificate (required)
• NVQ2/3 in Adult Social Care (preferred)

Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.62-£11.87, Company pension, Free parking, On-site parking, Day shift, Overtime, Weekend availability, with an estimated annual salary of around £24,000.
