About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Care Services Coordinator to coordinate support and care services for three young men with learning disabilities in their own home in Crownhill, Plymouth.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one, with ideally experience working in a care setting but not essential. They must have the ability to keep calm under pressure, confidence to work alone or as part of a team, excellent communication skills, passion to work with vulnerable adults, and desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.

The role involves maintaining effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality. It also includes supporting service users with meal preparation, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events, as well as maintaining accurate notes and records.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 28 days holiday, flexible additional holiday purchase scheme, full induction programme, dedicated learning & development programmes, and more.
