Senior Home Care Coordinator

Salary: £16 per hour (37.5 hours/week)

We are looking for a Senior Home Care Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services in Devon & Torbay and South Devon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and supervising daily care activities
  • Managing client relationships and collaborating with healthcare professionals
  • Conducting risk assessments and supporting care assistants
  • Working closely with the leadership team to develop services

What we're looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desired)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Good understanding of care planning processes
  • Valid UK driving licence and relevant qualifications (required)
