Our Heath Lodge home is nestled in the beautiful landscaped gardens of Welwyn, offering a serene environment where residents can thrive. We strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where every resident finds their own sense of joy and fulfillment.

We're seeking two dedicated individuals to join our team as Activities Coordinators, one full-time and one part-time. Their mission will be to enhance the lives of our residents by bringing them joy, happiness, and fulfillment through high-quality care and services.

  1. To build meaningful relationships with our residents, helping them adjust to life in a care home.
  2. Plan engaging daytime and evening activities that cater to diverse interests.
  3. Coordinate activities with other services to ensure a seamless experience for our residents.

A competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this role. Additional benefits include ESAS – Salary Advance, Employee Assistance Programme, Perkbox, Employee of the Month, Long term service awards, Blue Light Card, Professional Development, and Refer a Friend.
