Advantage Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Companion Care Worker to join our team. As an In-Home Companion Care Worker, you will provide emotional support and practical assistance to our clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Providing Emotional Support: Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, including listening to their concerns and engaging in conversation
- Assisting with Daily Activities: Assist clients with daily tasks, such as personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in care work preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly Wage: $28-$32 per hour
